1) How long is the program for?
The core program runs for 3 months minimum. After that, most men continue with ongoing coaching to further their results.
2) When can I start?
The most important thing is making sure we’re a good fit first, I don’t accept everyone into the program. If we both agree it’s the right move, we’ll get you onboarded straight away and fully prepared to start on your preferred date.
3) How soon will I see results?
I aim to get my clients quick wins to build momentum. Men start noticing changes in as little as 10–14 days, whether it’s feeling leaner, having more energy, or seeing progress in the mirror.
4) What if I’m busy?
This program is built for busy men. Work, family, social life, I get it. That’s why everything is tailored around your lifestyle, not the other way around. You only need a minimum of 3 hours per week to do this and see huge results.
5) How often do I speak to you?
You’ll get daily accountability, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me through the app and phone calls. You’re never on your own, I’m in your corner every step of the way.
6) Can I join at anytime?
